UF College of Medicine, Aging and Geriatric Research assistant professor Yenisel Cruz-Almeida, Ph.D. has been elected to the American Pain Society (APS) Executive Board of Directors as Secretary for a three-year term ending in 2022. APS is a multidisciplinary community that brings together a diverse group of scientists, clinicians, and other professionals to increase the knowledge of pain and transform public policy and clinical practice to reduce pain-related suffering.
